Cool-touch handles
Fissler Stay-Cool metal handles, stainless steel handles with heat buffers, and plastic handles remain pleasantly cool while cooking on the stovetop. The ergonomic pot handles fit comfortably in the hand and provide a secure grip when carrying and moving the pot on the stove.

Fissler stainless steel pots have different handles depending on the model:
- Stay-cool metal handles(Original-Profi Collection® Cookware): The solidly crafted handles retain a pleasant temperature (<50 °C) for an exceptionally long time when used on a standard household stovetop. The heat-insulating transition between the pot body and the handle plate provides added safety.
- Stainless steel handles with heat buffer(Bonn saucepan): Silicone rings reduce the transfer of heat from the pan body to the handles. This keeps the handles pleasantly cool even during extended use on the stovetop.

Fissler offers different types of lids, depending on the model:
- Metal lid made of robust 18/10 stainless steel with condensate-plus function(only Original Profi Collection® cooking pots), which, due to their slightly concave curvature in the pot lid, allow condensed steam to drip back into the pot, making food even juicier and tastier.
- Metal lid made of robust 18/10 stainless steel, which are easy to clean and oven-safe up to 230 °C.
- Lid made of high-quality glass(Bonn and Viseo® saucepans), which are shock-resistant and impervious to slow thermal changes up to 180 °C. Thanks to the high-quality stainless steel ring with embedded silicone seal, water inclusions or stress in the glass during heating are prevented. The glass lid allows for convenient monitoring of the cooking process without loss of aroma or energy.
