The particularly scratch-resistant and water-based Adamant® coating with a very good non-stick effect is suitable for crispy searing of meat, roasting of vegetables and gentle frying of delicate foods that stick easily. The Fissler serving pan with two space-saving side handles made of polished stainless steel, extra-high rim and large frying surface is ideal for convenient, spill-free stirring, turning and use in the oven. You serve dishes directly on the table in it. The pan's coating makes washing up child's play. Sustainably manufactured from up to 60% recycled aluminium in Hoppstädten-Weiersbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, the Fissler Adamant® collection is a versatile all-rounder for everyday kitchen use.
