Paprika and potato stew

Ingredients
| 600g | Potatoes, peeled and finely diced |
| 2 tbsp | oil |
| 250g | Minced beef |
| 1 | Onions, chopped |
| 250g | Pointed peppers, finely striped |
| 250ml | passata |
| 250ml | Water |

| SPICES | |
| 1 tbsp | tomato paste |
| 1 pinch | sugar |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | Paprika powder |
| 1 | Laurel leaf |
| Pepper | |
| Fresh herbs after cooking |
Instructions
Schritt 1 von 4:
Brate die Kartoffelwürfel in Öl kross an.
Schritt 2 von 4:
Brate das Hackfleisch in einem Topf scharf an und füge die Zwiebeln, Tomatenmark und eine Prise Zucker hinzu (2 Minuten anbraten).
Schritt 3 von 4:
Nun lösche alles mit Wasser und den passierten Tomaten ab und füge alle übrigen Zutaten hinzu und koche es für 10 Minuten auf mittlerer Hitze
Schritt 4 von 4:
Füge die Kartoffelwürfel hinzu und lass alles für weitere 5 Minuten köcheln.
