Ingredients

300g Pasta
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tbsp tomato paste
125g Buffalo mozzarella
50g Parmesan

SAUCE:||
400g diced tomatoes
150ml Water
50ml Cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Thyme
Pepper
Pinch of sugar

TOPPING after cooking:||
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
Arugula
Fresh Parmesan

Instructions

Schritt 1 von 6:

 

Koche die Pasta in kochendem Salzwasser al dente.

Schritt 2 von 6:

 

In der Zwischenzeit brate die Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und das Tomatenmark in Öl an und vermenge alle Zutaten unter SOßE.

Schritt 3 von 6:

 

Lösche alles mit der SOßE ab und lass es einmal aufkochen.

Schritt 4 von 6:

 

Vermenge die Pasta mit der Soße und verteile den Käse.

Schritt 5 von 6:

 

Bei 210℃ Ober-/ Unterhitze 8 Minuten backen.

Schritt 6 von 6:

 

Serviere alles mit den Toppings.
