Pasta with berries – a surprising duo

Pasta is an all-time favorite, and we all know it with spicy Bolognese, creamy Carbonara, or vegetarian Napoli. But how about something sweet today? Especially during berry season, it's a great idea to use blueberries and other berries to create a delicious flavor surprise.
The sweetness complements the mild flavor of the pasta perfectly; a pinch of salt further accentuates this contrast. A feast for the senses, because with this combination, the eyes especially enjoy the beautiful presentation of the berry sauce on the plate.

Ingredients
| For the pesto: | |
| 15 stems | Basil |
| 1 cup | chopped peanuts |
| 150 ml | Olive oil |
| 2 cups | blueberries |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| Salt and pepper | |
| For the pasta: | |
| 500 g | Fusilli |
| 2 tbsp | Blueberries |
| Mint leaves |
Instructions
Schritt 1 von 4:
Basilikum waschen, trocken schütteln und die Blätter von den Stielen zupfen.
Schritt 2 von 4:
Die Blättchen mit Erdnüssen, Olivenöl, Blaubeeren und Zitronensaft pürieren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Schritt 3 von 4:
Die Nudeln nach Packungsanleitung in Salzwasser bissfest kochen. Abgießen und gleich mit dem Pesto mischen.
Schritt 4 von 4:
Die restlichen Blaubeeren unterheben und mit Minzblättern garnieren. Warm servieren.
