Thordt Clausen will become Director of Global Marketing at Fissler

Premium cookware manufacturer Fissler appointed a new global marketing director on November 1, 2024. Thordt Clausen has been responsible for innovation and product development, brand management and communications, product management, and retail strategy as Director of Global Marketing since November. In his new role, he is also a member of the Global Management Board.
Thordt Clausen is no stranger to the family-run company with its production facilities in Rhineland-Palatinate. He joined Fissler GmbH on August 1, 2023, as Global Head of Product Management, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in global leadership positions in brand, product, and innovation. In his new role, Clausen reports directly to CEO Frank Böttcher, who took over the management of the family business at the beginning of 2024.

As the new Director of Global Marketing, Thordt Clausen benefits from his many years of experience in international positions in the kitchen and cooking environment with durable consumer goods, making him an absolute industry expert.
The experienced manager began his career at the WMF Group, where he held various marketing positions. Clausen spent two years in China, playing a key role in the brand's repositioning there. After further roles within the group, he moved to Weber-Stephens EMEA, where he was Head of Product Management EMEA Accessories & Fuels, responsible for these categories. Most recently, before joining Fissler, he was Head of Solution & Portfolio Management at BLANCO, a leading manufacturer of high-quality kitchen water systems. There, he was responsible for the long-term portfolio strategy across all categories and implemented groundbreaking innovation projects.
