Change in the management of Fissler GmbH

Idar-Oberstein, January 9, 2024. Frank Böttcher takes over as Managing Director of Fissler GmbH.

Effective January 1, 2024, Frank Böttcher has taken over the management of Fissler GmbH, the manufacturer of premium cookware “Made in Germany”, and the position of CEO of the Fissler Group.

Frank Böttcher reports to the Supervisory Board, chaired by Friederike Fissler-Pechtl.

His responsibility will be to successfully implement the strategy already initiated and to drive the transformation of the family business forward with new approaches. This includes strengthening the Fissler brand with innovative and sustainable products, responsibly developed and manufactured in Germany, and further developing it into a globally sought-after premium brand. Together with the Group Leadership Team, Frank Böttcher will lead the company to sustainable, profitable growth.

Most recently, the business economist was Managing Director in the Footwear Division of the publicly listed Coats PLC, London, the world's leading manufacturer of yarns and structural components for clothing and footwear.

Previously, Frank Böttcher held various C-level positions in international corporate and private equity environments for approximately 25 years. He possesses outstanding expertise in leading globally operating companies and business units. Furthermore, his strategic vision and extensive knowledge and experience in Asian markets are of particular strategic importance to Fissler.
