Gyros soup

Just in time for Halloween, we have another party soup recipe from @sandraskochblog for you: Gyro Soup. This dish was prepared using pots from our Original Professional Collection® .

Ingredients

500 g Gyros meat
1 Onion
1 each of red and yellow bell peppers
400 ml vegetable broth
200 g Cream
100 g Processed cheese
1 tsp Thyme
2 tsp Gyros seasoning
Good pinch of salt and pepper
Some oil for frying
Some chopped parsley
2 tbsp Ajvar

Instructions

Schritt 1 von 3:

 

Paprika würfeln und die Zwiebel fein hacken. Öl im Topf erhitzen und das Fleisch anbraten. Paprika und Zwiebeln hinzugeben und kurz mit anbraten.

Schritt 2 von 3:

 

Mit der Brühe ablöschen, Sahne, Schmelzkäse und die Gewürze hinzugeben und alles 20 Minuten köcheln lassen.

Schritt 3 von 3:

 

Am Ende noch den Ajvar und die Petersilie untermengen und nochmal mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
