Low Carb Pizza
Those who eat healthily and reduce their carbohydrate intake don't have to give up pizza, thankfully. Today we'll show you how to conjure up a healthy pizza dough with natural ingredients that fits into any low-carb diet. After all, enjoyment is important too, especially for personal happiness!
One cauliflower, many possibilities
Many people underestimate the potential of cauliflower. Among other things, you can make a delicious and low-carb dough from it. Simply grate the cauliflower finely and drain off any excess water, which is done after 10 minutes of baking in the oven. Mixed with egg and cheese, the dough becomes flavorful and also provides a good amount of protein.
On your marks, get set, go!
This cauliflower pizza can be topped classically with seasoned tomato sauce and mozzarella, or customized with various vegetables. After just a few minutes in the oven, the low-carb pizza is ready – a treat with almost no carbohydrates!
