One-pot gnocchi with peas and ham

Ingredients
| 150 g | diced ham |
| 1 tsp | butter |
| 500 g | Gnocchi from the refrigerated section |
| 200 g | Frozen peas |
| 150 ml | Cream here: Cream substitute with 7% fat |
| 200 ml | Water or vegetable broth |
| 1-2 tsp | lemon juice |
| 50 g | Freshly grated Parmesan |
Instructions
Schritt 1 von 4:
Schinkenwürfel in einer Pfanne knusprig anbraten und herausnehmen.
Schritt 2 von 4:
Butter in der Pfanne schmelzen und die Gnocchi darin goldbraun anbraten.
Schritt 3 von 4:
Schinken und Erbsen zufügen. Mit Sahne sowie Wasser (oder Brühe) ablöschen und 5 - 8 Minuten köcheln lassen.
Schritt 4 von 4:
Mit Zitronensaft abschmecken. Zum Schluss Parmesan unterrühren und direkt servieren.
