One Pot Cheese Leek Gnocchi

One-Pot Mac and Cheese. That means: pasta. Cheese. Even more cheese. Endless amounts of cheese. And all in one pot. You absolutely have to try this recipe. This delicious creation was prepared using the Adamant® Comfort Pan. (28cm) and the 28cm saucepan from the Original Professional Collection®.

Ingredients

500 g Gnocchi from the refrigerated section
300 g Minced meat of your choice
1 Leek stalk
200 g Creamy processed cheese
200 ml Water
1 tsp salt
a good pinch of pepper
1-2 tsp vegetable stock powder
1 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

Schritt 1 von 3:

 

Öl in der Pfanne erhitzen und das Hack krümelig braten und würzen, den in Ringe geschnittenen Lauch hinzugeben und kurz mit anbraten.

Schritt 2 von 3:

 

Dann den Schmelzkäse und das Wasser unterrühren und 2 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen.

Schritt 3 von 3:

 

Jetzt kommen die Gnocchi hinzu und Ihr lasst das ganze noch so lange weiter köcheln bis diese gar sind, das dauert etwa 3-5 Minuten.
