Ingredients
| 500 g | Ground beef |
| 1x | Onion |
| 1 jar | pickled peppers (drained weight 320g) |
| 1 small can | corn |
| 700 ml | passata |
| 250 ml | Water |
| 200 g | Cream |
| 200 g | Processed cheese |
| 1 tsp each of oregano, basil, and vegetable broth powder | |
| Salt, pepper | |
| A little oil for frying |
Instructions
Schritt 1 von 3:
Das Hack in etwas Öl krümelig braten, die fein gehackte Zwiebel ebenfalls kurz mit anbraten. Dann die Gewürze hinzugeben.
Schritt 2 von 3:
Paprika und Mais abtropfen und in den Topf geben und alle weiteren Zutaten einrühren.
Schritt 3 von 3:
Die Suppe circa 15 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen und dann nochmal mit den Gewürzen abschmecken.
