250g Flour
250g Quark (40%)
4 eggs
1 Shot of mineral water
1 Pinch of salt

Instructions

Schritt 1 von 3:

 

Alle Zutaten miteinander zu einem zähflüssigen Teig verrühren.

Schritt 2 von 3:

 

Den Teig durch eine Spätzlereibe oder Presse in einen Topf mit kochnedem Salzwasser geben.

Schritt 3 von 3:

 

Sobald die Spätzle oben schwimmen, abschöpfen. In Butter schwenken und genießen.
