Ham and leek macaroni

| 240 g | Macaroni |
| 1 tbsp | oil |
| 200 g | Leeks, finely sliced into rings |
| 100 g | Ham, finely sliced |
| 200 ml | Cream |
| 1 ladle | Pasta water |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| Nutmeg | |
| Pepper |
Instructions

Koche die Makkaroni in etwas Salzwasser bissfest.
Schritt 2 von 5:
Brate den Lauch und den Schinken scharf in Öl an.
Schritt 3 von 5:
Würze gut und lösch alles mit der Sahne und einer Kelle Pastawasser ab.
Schritt 4 von 5:
Füge die bissfesten Makkaroni hinzu und lass alles für 1 bis 2 Minuten köcheln.

Serviere mit frischen Kräutern.
