Ingredients

500 g Pork
3x Onions
Oil for frying
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp Meat or stew seasoning
Salt, pepper
3 tbsp Tomato paste
400 ml Vegetable or meat stock

Instructions

Zwiebeln schälen und in grobe Stücke schneiden.

Schritt 2 von 5:

 

Öl in einem Bräter oder einer tiefen Pfanne erhitzen und das Fleisch darin scharf von allen Seiten anbraten.

Zwiebeln dazugeben und goldbraun anbraten.

Schritt 4 von 5:

 

Alles würzen, Tomatenmark zufügen und anschwitzen.

Mit Fond ablöschen und auf mittlerer Hitze 60 Minuten schmoren lassen.
