How to care for your stainless steel pots

  1. Soak burnt-on residues in water and dish soap and boil briefly.
  2. Wipe the cooled pot with a sponge and rinse with clean water.
  3. For stubborn dirt and discoloration on stainless steel pots, we recommend Fissler stainless steel care products.

Use in the oven

Stainless steel is suitable for useSuitable for oven use. You can use the pots from the Original-Profi Collection® for braising, for example, up to a temperature of 230 °C.
An exception is made for pots with plastic handles or glass lids. Pots with plastic handles are not suitable for oven use. Glass lids are oven-safe up to a temperature of 180 °C.
