Today we have a delicious pasta recipe from @sandraskochblog that requires only a few ingredients: Creamy ribbon pasta with pork tenderloin.

Ingredients
| 200 g | Ribbon noodles |
| 300 g | Pork tenderloin |
| 250 ml | Cream or cream substitute |
| 1 good ladle of pasta water | |
| 1 level teaspoon of salt | |
| 1 good pinch | freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 tsp | dried herbs of Provence |
| Optional | a few fresh herbs, here chives |
| Some oil for frying |
Instructions

Schweinefilet in Streifen schneiden.
Schritt 2 von 5:
Die Nudeln in Salzwasser aufsetzen.
Schritt 3 von 5:
Derweil das Öl in der Pfanne erhitzen und das Schweinefilet von allen Seiten scharf anbraten und würzen.
Schritt 4 von 5:
Mit Sahne & Nudelwasser ablöschen und 2-3 Minuten köcheln lassen. Optional noch frische Kräuter hinzugeben.
Schritt 5 von 5:
Die fertige Pasta untermengen und schmecken lassen.
