The Ceratal® pan is the ceramic alternative for gentle and crisp frying of meat, vegetables and egg dishes. The pan has a water-based ceramic coating with a very good non-stick effect - without PFAS/PTFE. It is suitable for gentle as well as crispy frying and thus shows special appreciation for the people for whom we cook.
