The laser-cutting manufacturing process allows for the use of a particularly hard blade steel with a hardness of 59 HRC. This enables the blade to be ground thinner and achieve an exceptionally sharp edge. At the same time, we place great emphasis on cutting comfort: The thumb rest and the handle structure of the Fissler ProCut Collection ensure the correct hand position and a particularly good grip, while the low weight allows for fatigue-free work.
